Food & Wine
Sample the best of highland produce in the quiet atmosphere of our dining room ... that's if we can distract you from the breathtaking view!
Both bar and restaurant menus feature North Highland venison, Aberdeen Angus beef, fresh haddock or cod from Kinlochbervie as well as west coast shellfish. Complete your meal with our home-made ice-cream, superb bread & butter pudding or delicious local cheeses. Wherever possible we buy local produce to ensure that our food is of the highest quality and has the freshest ingredients.
We stock wines that we really enjoy and we have an excellent supplier in Inverarity Vaults who were the Restaurant Supplier of the Year in 2005! We do hold a limited range of classic Old World wines as well as some excellent wines from the New.
Your appetite truly sated - relax with coffee or tea in our lounge while you prepare yourself for tomorrow's adventures in Sutherland.
